Over the past three days, we have had the great pleasure of welcoming our newly elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, Revd Prof John Jillions, to the Institute. During his visit, he engaged in rich and thoughtful conversations with staff—both collectively and individually—on matters ranging from development and fundraising to programme planning and long-term strategic vision. On Tuesday, we were also delighted to be joined by Dr Sebastian Koga, a fellow Director of the Institute. It was a truly invigorating period of reflection and exploration, leaving the team energised and hopeful. We are especially grateful to know that Father John will return for similar working visits several times a year.
